Required Key Skill Sets
Education:
- Bachelor's degree. Preferred in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Management
- Undergraduate degree (GSC MNL & BOG only)
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO or Logistics (preferred)
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional language skills a plus (Spanish & Mandarin for BOG & CTU)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent logical reasoning skills
- Highly customer-centric
Job Description
As an Associate, you must provide the best-in-class service within the Customs service line to support the DGFF regions and countries. You will be involved in comprehensive training to proficiently perform various activities, including file opening, document management, supporting shipment details, processing customs entry such as registration and invoice declaration, managing invoice and costing, handling customs data validation and enrichment, and offering global customer support.
Your responsibilities will be
Process and Quality:
- Understand and adhere to station/country documentation requirements to ensure SOP compliance.
- Maintain department SLAs and KPIs by delivering services within agreed-upon timeframes and accuracy standards.
Customer Focus:
- Provide exceptional service by consistently completing tasks promptly and accurately.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and ways to enhance service for business partners.
- Proactively escalate operational challenges to the supervisor and business partners.
- Coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent communication channels.
