Job Description

As a quality analyst and as a part of the technical/process division, you have to use basic ideas and principles to develop, improve, and maintain product quality standards. You will also have to design systems for recording and analyzing product quality levels.  Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develop and execute software test plans for SaaS-based products. Analyze and write test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Establish & Implement Quality Controls: Design, install, and evaluate robust quality control methods and systems to ensure software excellence.

• Drive Quality Through Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans to identify and eliminate defects.

• Define & Refine Testing Strategies: Analyze, write, and maintain clear test standards and procedures, promoting efficient and effective testing practices.

• Ensure Transparency & Traceability: Maintain meticulous documentation of test results for clear audit trails and future reference.

• Troubleshoot & Champion Quality Improvement: Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective actions to optimize software quality.

• Proactive Quality Assurance: Design strategies for continuous maintenance of product quality, proactively preventing defects.

• Lead & Standardize Quality Practices: Develop and implement standards and procedures that provide clear quality guidance and best practices for the team.
