Required Key Skill Sets

Job Description
As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will focus on the front-end applications and investigate them for capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also be involved in the backend for gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
Key responsibilities:
- Capture user information and utilize appropriate tools to diagnose issues.
- Shadow end users to replicate and understand problems.
- Test workflows internally and externally to identify functionality gaps.
- Gather log files for troubleshooting purposes.
- Query tables to extract relevant data for investigation.
- Update database fields as needed to resolve issues.
- Cycle servers to implement changes and test functionality.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding problem status and resolution.
- Collaborate internally with team members to ensure proper issue escalation and resolution.
- Document all investigation notes, activities, and resolutions, and create knowledge articles for future reference.
- Prioritize tasks based on issue severity and urgency.
- Balance client needs with overall business objectives.
