As a Data Entry specialist, you will be responsible for processing information from scanned documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specific business rules. This role is vital in maintaining efficient operations and high data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and Efficient Data Entry:

• Utilize scanned documents and other client-provided tools to extract and validate data.

• Update various information systems with accurate and complete data, following country-specific business rules.

• Leverage MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel if applicable) for data organization and manipulation.

Quality Assurance and Attention to Detail:

• Identify and escalate any issues with scanned document legibility for timely resolution.

• Perform critical-to-quality checks to ensure data processing meets pre-defined quality standards.

Efficiency and Time Management:

• Process shipments efficiently following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Meet all designated deadlines and cut-offs while maintaining accuracy.

Collaboration and Improvement:

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to identify and implement data entry efficiencies.
