Thermo Fisher Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Sales, or a related field that demonstrates your proficiency in data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Experience working in a sales environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to translate data into clear and impactful visuals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex data science concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce to streamline sales processes (a plus).
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools like SQL to wrangle and manage data sets effectively (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, solve challenges, and make data-driven decisions.
Job Description
As a Data science analyst, you will be actively working on translating data into valuable insights as well as developing strategies to implement the findings. You will be also focusing on constructing clear data visualizations.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand their models, methodologies, and the reasoning behind their recommendations.
- Translate complex data science findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights that empower target functions.
- Develop strategies to validate the effectiveness of data science recommendations through established testing methodologies.
- Create compelling presentations, training materials, and communication strategies to educate target functions on how to leverage data science insights and maximize their impact.
- Facilitate a continuous feedback loop between target functions and Data Science, ensuring recommendations are constantly refined based on real-world results.
- Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Track and report on the tangible impact of data science recommendations on sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue).
