Required Key Skill Sets
- Proven experience developing in C++

Job Description
As a Trainee engineer, you will be closely working with a team to develop and maintain turbine control software products. You will also analyze and resolve issues coming from the field. You will work in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience in different engineering tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to a team developing engineering solutions for our turbine control software products. This includes expanding the existing portfolio and creating innovative new products.
- Analyze issues reported from the field related to operational turbines. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and develop solutions to these problems.
- Collaborate with our global service technical team to ensure the smooth operation of our turbine fleet.
- Partner with the sales organization to identify and develop solutions for new technical requirements and support advancing our technology.
- Engage in high-level engineering tasks, balancing solutions to meet diverse and specific requirements.
- Working closely with the system leads to addressing issues specific to individual turbine control systems and developing effective solutions.
- Oversee comprehensive verification of all solutions, including internal software testing and field verification.
- Document your work clearly and concisely, presenting findings and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
