Quality Analyst Job Description

As a Quality Analyst at Barclays, you will be responsible for measuring and analyzing product quality according to industry standards. You will also be responsible for developing reporting systems and control measures.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently audit the quality of front-line advisor chat/calls across various metrics like QC (Quality Control), Complaints, RBM (Relationship Measures), and NPS (Net Promoter Score). You will assess performance against established procedures and defined scorecards.

• Participate in regular benchmarking sessions with Team Leaders to ensure consistent application of monitoring standards, controls, and quality checks during call assessments.

• Identify opportunities to enhance advisor performance. This may involve one-on-one coaching sessions with Team Leaders or Contact Center Managers based on your findings and recommendations.

• Develop and implement effective reporting mechanisms and control measures to track the success of quality improvement initiatives.

• Analyze the results and findings from quality monitoring to identify potential areas for improvement. Support the implementation of solutions based on your insights.

• Regularly review contact center communications (e.g., Daily Bulletins, Team Leader feedback) to proactively identify potential issues and their impact. Collaborate with your line manager to develop and implement solutions to prevent or mitigate these issues.

• Ensure timely completion of QC/Complaint/Detractor/Risk Based Monitoring reports. Promptly escalate any identified risks or issues to relevant parties.
