Required Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, Science & Technology, or a comparable qualification.

• Understanding of commercial airline operations, including network management, engineering processes, or crew planning.

• Prior experience using Airline Network Management or Crew Management software is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills for crafting and presenting proposals in English (and possibly Chinese).

• The ability to identify client challenges and propose solutions that deliver significant value.

• Strong analytical and listening skills to understand client needs.

• Creative problem-solving capability to develop effective solutions.

• Experience with logical thinking, rule-based programming, and Python programming.

• Willingness to travel frequently for this role.

Job Description 

As a solution consultant at Boeing, you will be responsible for connecting with and consulting the clients and enhancing the relations. You will also be providing technical consultation as well.  You will represent the company as a prime technical contact.

Key responsibilities:

• You'll provide technical expertise during the sales process, helping potential clients understand how Boeing's solutions (like Jeppesen crew and network operation management tools) can address their needs.

• You'll lead and plan studies to identify the best technical solutions for client challenges. This might involve collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements.

• By analyzing client processes, you'll identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize their operations.

• You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of assigned tasks within larger programs. In some cases, you might even lead project teams.

• You'll be the main point of contact for clients on technical matters related to your assigned contracts and projects. This means acting as a subject matter expert and representing Boeing's technical capabilities.
