Job Description
As a Design Engineer at Calpion, you will be responsible for drawing and designing the assigned tasks. You will also be preparing the accurate time taken to build the projects and adjust the cost for more effectiveness.
- Prepare accurate, cost-effective, and timely take-off reports for various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and insurance adjusters.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and measurements for assigned roofing projects.
- (Optional) Maintain proficiency in other relevant CAD software programs as needed.
- Contribute to project success by adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure project coordination.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and software advancements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
