Required Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria

• Be currently enrolled in (or have recently completed) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a data-focused field, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.

• Possess strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience manipulating and analyzing data using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and sci-kit-learn.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

• Be proficient in data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau to effectively communicate insights.

Job Description

As a Data Science Intern at Cult.fit you will be responsible for collecting data from different sources and clients. You will then be cleaning the data, preprocessing them to extract valuable insights, and arranging them for utilization. You will also work closely with the internal team and gain hands-on experience.

• You'll be responsible for acquiring fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness data from various sources. This involves cleaning, organizing, and preparing the data for analysis using your data manipulation skills.

• You'll conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and patterns within the data. These insights will be crucial for improving our products, services, and user experience.

• You'll develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning models to personalize user experiences and boost user engagement across our platform.

• You'll work closely with various teams across the organization, such as product, marketing, and operations, to understand their needs and translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

• You'll create compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.

• The data science and health analytics landscape is constantly evolving. You'll be expected to stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure we remain at the forefront of data-driven innovation.
