Required Key Skill Sets
- 0-1 year of hands-on experience implementing DevOps principles and cloud concepts to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to collaborate effectively with development teams and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Proven ability to administer databases, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, security, and optimal performance. Experience with installation, configuration, backup/restore procedures, and performance tuning.

Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer at Engagedly, you will be responsible for maintaining the testing, and development environment for more productivity for the developers. You will also actively participate in designing and coding different software solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure development teams can leverage the provided development, testing, and operations infrastructure to achieve their goals efficiently.
- Function as a bridge between SysOps and Dev teams, fostering collaboration and creating a seamless development environment.
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration with various toolchains used throughout the development process.
- Take control of the full DevOps lifecycle approach, actively participating in designing, coding, testing, deploying, and monitoring solutions to directly benefit the Database Team.
