Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will actively monitor and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information. You will handle basic payment inquiries and support the customers via phone, mail, and chat.

  • Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in resolving customer issues.
