Job Description
As a data analyst at Searce you will be responsible for cleaning, preprocessing, and filtering datasets to extract valuable insights and arrange them for clear roadmaps that will help the company to build strategies. You will also be closely working with the internal team for more effectiveness in finishing the projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze data to evaluate on-time performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all functional areas within logistics and supply chain operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead discussions to explore and implement them
- Process documents and information through shipment processing systems
- Generate operational and managerial reports to track performance
- Utilize data mapping and process re-engineering techniques to optimize existing workflows or develop new ones
- Collect data through various methods (procedure mapping, stream graphing, workshops) to support process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service relationships with both internal and external clients
- Meet with clients and stakeholders regularly to gather information and build a strong rapport
- Collaborate effectively across different departments to achieve common goals
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office applications
