Job Description

As a Management trainee, you will be actively involved in handling customers or clients by all means. You will utilize various tools for more work efficiency. You will also gain hands-on experience by participating in fieldwork and workshops. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions according to established quality standards.
  • Field all incoming customer requests via phone and email courteously and professionally.
  • Document relevant client details including name, department, contact information, and the nature of the issue.
  • Update personal availability within the RAVE system to optimize team productivity.
  • Record, track, and document all received queries, troubleshooting steps taken, and successful/unsuccessful resolutions.
  • Follow established procedures to effectively resolve client inquiries.
  • Resolve client issues within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) outlined in the contract.
  • Knowledge Base Utilization: Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Continuously learn and apply relevant product details to enhance client interactions and troubleshooting.
Problem Resolution & Prevention:
  • Analyze call logs to identify recurring issues and proactively prevent future problems.
  • Maintain and update self-help documentation for clients to expedite resolution times.
  • Recognize and escalate critical client issues to the team leader when timely resolution is impossible.
Client Communication & Compliance:
  • Ensure all product information and disclosures are provided to clients before and after service requests.
  • Adhere to all service agreements to avoid legal challenges.
Technical Support:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing thorough diagnosis and troubleshooting of client issues.
  • Offer product support and solutions by actively listening to client concerns and guiding them through step-by-step resolution procedures.
  • Assist clients with navigating product menus and facilitate a better understanding of product features.
  • Troubleshoot all client queries in a courteous, professional, and user-friendly manner.
Documentation & Recordkeeping:
  • Maintain logs and records of all customer queries following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Accurately record and process all incoming calls and emails using the designated tracking software.
Customer Retention:
  • Present alternative solutions to clients, where applicable, to retain customer loyalty and business.
Communication & Follow-Up:
  • Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages tailored to specific audiences and situations.
  • Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to clients to record feedback and ensure adherence to contracts and SLAs.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Undertake product training to stay current with product features, changes, and updates.
  • Enroll in product-specific and other training programs per client requirements and recommendations.
  • Partner with team leaders to identify training needs and themes to enhance client service delivery.
  • Continually update job knowledge by participating in self-learning opportunities and maintaining professional networks.
