Required Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria

• Proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken)

• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices

• Solid grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies

• Experience with Oracle Siebel Configuration

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL or Oracle

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on Japanese language and/or Siebel CRM a plus.

Job Description

As an Application Backend Developer at Accenture, you will be developing and maintaining different software solutions according to the client's requirements. You will also write and debug codebases for bugs. 

Key responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize Siebel applications to meet the specific needs and requirements of the company's Japanese clients.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure Siebel solutions align with client objectives.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siebel applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Siebel CRM and related technologies, proactively seeking opportunities to integrate innovative solutions for improved functionality.
