Required Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, MSc CS/IT) in any engineering stream obtained within the stipulated program duration (no gaps) and completed in 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Only your highest educational qualification will be considered.
- No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- At most 11 months of prior work experience.
- An Indian citizen or possess a valid work permit. (Bhutan and Nepal nationals are exempt)
- Willingness to relocate for project deployment anywhere in India and work 24/7 shifts if needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
- Ability to anticipate and solve business problems effectively.
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
- Working knowledge of J2EE and full-stack development.
- Knowledge and experience in .NET development (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Test automation engineering skills include test design, process creation, test case/data development, and report generation.
- Ability to apply business and functional knowledge of testing standards, methodologies, and guidelines to achieve testing objectives.
- Experience designing usability testing scenarios.
- Ability to analyze testing results and effectively communicate observations to the development team.
- Willingness to work in any Accenture Business Unit/Service Line across India.
- Willingness to relocate to any Accenture office within India.
- Not participating in an Accenture recruitment process within the last 3 months.
Job Description
As an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, you will look over developing, and maintaining codebases, writing test cases, etc. You will be working with the internal team and supporting them on the projects they are building.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build and assemble software applications based on clearly defined business requirements.
