Required Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria
- Expertise in programming languages like Python and R for data manipulation, analysis, and model building. Familiarity with Cloudera Data Science Workbench is a plus.

Job Description
As a Data Analytics & BI Intern at Aon, you will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and preprocessing data to extract insights that will help the company to accurately execute its plans. You will attend workshops and work closely with the internal team to gain hands-on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to automate daily data uploads.
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy from all sources through regular evaluation and validation processes.
- Manage daily and monthly tasks to enrich data for better analysis.
- Partner with internal teams to understand business goals, existing reports, KPIs, and data sources. Clarify data visualization needs.
- Identify key business metrics and develop methods to represent data effectively for measurement purposes.

- Research and reconcile discrepancies in reports, recommending improvements to streamline reporting processes and establish a future-state reporting strategy.
- Insights Generation: Create high-quality analytics and reports, translating data into actionable insights that drive value-added decisions.
