Required Key Skills & Eligibility Criteria
- Proficiency in at least one of these programming languages: C/C++ OR Java, Golang, OR Python. A strong foundation in automation scripting is also essential.
- Solid understanding of data structures and database concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Prior exposure to cloud technologies, cybersecurity concepts, or machine learning will be a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) with a minimum of 75% marks or a CGPA of 7.5 or higher.
Job Description
As a fresher SDET Apprentice at Trellix, you will be responsible for designing and developing cybersecurity products. You will also write test cases and debug errors. You will be closely working with the development team and gain hands-on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for Trellix's XDR (Extended Detection and Response) security products.
- Enhance existing features based on user requirements and feedback.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot customer issues related to the assigned XDR products, providing resolutions and improvements.
